Rapunzel – A Different Re-telling of the Classic Tale

Forget everything you thought you knew about Rapunzel. Award-winning family theatre company Wrongsemble brings a bold, funny and mischievous new version of the classic fairytale to Mercer Hall. This Rapunzel is not waiting for a prince to rescue her: when a wicked witch traps her in a tower and chops off her famous golden locks, Rapunzel decides to take charge, outsmart the witch and find her own way to freedom. Packed with music, mischief, magic and plenty of laughs. Suitable for children aged 3+. Children’s tickets include a soft drink. Doors 10.30am; show 11am.
